December 17 Joyce Allen Elected Membership Chair Joyce Allen was acclaimed as Membership Chair at a By-election during the December luncheon. The by-election was called to fill a vacancy created due to the untimely death of John Madden in October. November 25Club Members Honoured By St Andrews Society Two members of the Winnipeg Robert Burns Club were honoured tonight at the St Andrews Society Mens Dinner. President Lawrence Cormack was awarded the President's Award by Society President Rob Tisdale. In addition club member Rev Bill Blakie was given the Society's Citizen of the Year Award. Congratulations to Bill and Lawrence.
